Corpus Bookshop ships books, magazines and printed matter from Brussels, Belgium.

 Where we deliver

We currently ship to European Union. Available delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@corpusbookshop.com and we will see whether we can arrange delivery.

Processing and dispatch

We aim to prepare and dispatch in-stock orders within **[1–3 business days]** of payment confirmation.

Some titles may need to be ordered from publishers or distributors. If this affects your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and available options.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected service. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Belgium: [2–3 business days]
- European Union: [3–10 business days]

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, publisher availability or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, parcel weight and the delivery method selected. The final cost is shown during checkout before payment.

Any applicable taxes are included or displayed at checkout where required. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling charges charged by their local authorities.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, you will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information by email.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Corpus Bookshop cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us as soon as possible at **info@corpusbookshop.com**, including your order number and photographs where relevant.
